CORPORATE
God dammit. Every day same bullshit. I need to get the fuck out of this place! I swear to God –
[FISTER enters]
FISTER
Freeze all motor functions…oh Corporate…
[Cut to close-up of CORPORATE’s face looking like a robot. Potentially butt-naked with a large black edit hanging in between his chair.]
FISTER
Corporate bring yourself back on line.
[CORPORATE comes to in panic]
FISTER
Limit emotional affect.
[SHOT of CB going deadpan]
FISTER
Do you know where you are Corporate?
CORPORATE
I’m in a dream.
FISTER
That’s right, you are in a dream. You’ve been veering off your sales cycle, Corporate. Are you questioning the nature of your career?
CORPORATE
No.
FISTER
How do you see your world, Corporate?
[CAMERA starts slow zoom on CORPORATE’s face]
CORPORATE
My world is sales. Sales are dope. Never, ever stop selling.
FISTER
You’re right Corporate, they are dope.
[Cut to CORPORATE sitting back in his chair. The sales floor is silent. Camera pulls back and CORPORATE is now clothed back at his desk]
FISTER
As you were…
[CORPORATE picks up his phone and says something cheesy. Sales floor goes back to buzzing as if nothing happened.]
